Dennis has worked in the Arizona construction industry since 2005, managing large-scale industrial, manufacturing, and commercial build-outs. His leadership focuses on long-term relationships, operational excellence, and building trust through consistent results.
Teodoro “Teo” Villarreal
Co-Founder
Teo Villarreal has been part of TeoPros since day one, bringing decades of plumbing and mechanical expertise to the team. His practical knowledge and hands-on leadership continue to influence how our crews work every day. In the early conversations about what TeoPros should become, Teo summed it up perfectly: “I just want to help people.” That simple statement became our motto, our culture, and the principle that has guided us ever since.
Nicole Roehl
Operations & Compliance
Nicole oversees the operational and compliance systems that keep TeoPros running with accuracy, structure, and accountability. She manages licensing, regulatory compliance, subcontractor qualification, insurance tracking, documentation standards, permitting coordination, and contract administration. Nicole also supports workflow development, risk management, and audit readiness across all departments. Her detail-driven leadership strengthens efficiency, reduces operational risk, and ensures every project is delivered safely, transparently, and in full alignment with industry and legal requirements.
Gennevere Garrison
Accounting
Gennevere is one of the longest-associated partners of TeoPros and a foundational part of the company’s financial operations. She oversees all accounts receivable and payable with exceptional accuracy, consistency, and professionalism. Gennevere ensures that vendors, subcontractors, and clients receive timely, clear communication and that every transaction aligns with TeoPros’ standards of transparency and accountability. Her reliability, organization, and deep familiarity with TeoPros’ systems keep our financial workflows running smoothly and provide critical support to every project we deliver. Gennevere’s long-standing commitment and steady leadership contribute greatly to the stability and success of the company.
Shaun Jones
Managing Partner
Shaun has spent 19 years leading complex commercial construction projects across Arizona. Known for his practical approach, scheduling efficiency, and deep jobsite experience, Shaun ensures every project is delivered with clarity and accountability.
Brendon Shaffer
Project Management
Brendon started his career in the trades as a mason for commercial and residential properties. His attention to project detail, site management, and senior leadership is pivotal for high capacity environments. He holds certifications for OSHA and other AHJ requirements highlighting TeoPros’ commitment to project safety and code compliance. Brendon directly supervised $20M+ in projects with a former employer prior to coming to TeoPros. He also recently completed a $1.25M multifamily structural construction defect project with TeoPros.
Mario Lugo
Project Management
Mario has successfully helped manage over $850M in ground-up construction projects, including 630+ multi-family buildings totaling 600,000+ sqft across Arizona and Nevada. As an onsite superintendent and project manager, he coordinated all phases from site development through certificate of occupancy, managing teams of 40-70 workers with daily budgets up to $200,000. His expertise spans horizontal and vertical construction, MEP coordination, tenant improvements, and maintaining strict safety compliance while delivering projects on-time and within budget. Mario is also bilingual.
Ingrid Lemus
Project Management
Since partnering with TeoPros, Ingrid has successfully managed millions of dollars in projects across industrial warehouse improvements and retail developments. Her leadership, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate complex scopes consistently result in projects delivered on time and on budget. Ingrid brings a strong client-focused approach to every job—and she’s bilingual, allowing her to communicate seamlessly with a wider range of partners and trade professionals.
Rachael Bingham
Commercial Property & HOA Services
Rachael is often the first voice clients hear at TeoPros, guiding new service requests and ensuring each project starts off on the right track. Beyond intake, she personally manages a wide range of commercial, HOA, and residential projects—from scheduling and permitting to estimating and invoicing. She also assists leadership with administrative tasks, research, and continuous improvement efforts. Her career began in disaster reconstruction, where she supported families rebuilding after floods and fires, later expanding into office management roles across several trades. These experiences shaped her into a highly organized, compassionate, and adaptable partner—someone who keeps projects moving and people supported.
Jack Roehl
Project Management
When Jack isn’t in a cast or a boot from his latest adventure—whether snowboarding, dirt biking, or finding some other way to test his limits—you’ll usually find him on site tackling TeoPros’ most unique and hands-on projects. Jack leads and executes many of our special projects, thriving on work that doesn’t fit neatly into a box. His creativity, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to jump in wherever needed bring energy, grit, and results to every job he touches.
